Joe Schwartz, PE, LEED AP
Project Manager

Joe has over seven years of experience in the design and specification of HVAC, plumbing, piping and fire protection systems for commercial, healthcare, industrial, educational, telecommunications, religious and multi-tenant facilities. Additionally, Joe has extensive experience in sustainable building design, specifically in the design of geothermal HVAC systems. Able to apply sustainable design practices to any project, Joe strives to optimize HVAC system design to minimize energy usage while working within a project budget. As a project manager, Joe is responsible for team organization, project coordination, and daily client interaction.
