Historic Rehabilitation
At SES, we recognize the importance in preserving architecture's rich heritage. That's why we are incredibly proud to have the opportunity to breathe new life into a wide range of buildings, saving some of them from demolition. From schools, theaters, and libraries, to skyscrapers and hotels, we understand the delicate nature of renovating historic buildings when it comes to HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems. We have extensive experience in this arena and work very closely with the architect and any historical consultants to make sure that the new systems operate as they are designed while keeping a critical eye on the visual impact these components can have.
